Announcing The Dixie National Forest Clean-Up Day.
Give Your Land a Hand and the US Forest Service are joining forces to clean up the Dixie National Forest. We are looking for volunteers to help lend a hand. Please send any questions to Jamie Bledsoe at Jamie.Bledsoe@Washco.utah.gov
Smoky The Bear will be on hand so you can work side-by-side with him and help beautify the forest!
Next Clean-Up Date: Now March 24th 9am-Noon Pioneer Park
Where: Meet at the pavilion at the middle entrance to Pioneer Park, 375 East Red Hills Pkwy.
When: 9 A.M. to Noon, Saturday, February 24th
What to bring: Gloves, water and snacks, and good shoes. There are a lot of small trash items and glass to pick up.

LaVerkin Overlook (shooting range) clean-up date
Join us for the next clean-up day. We will be cleaning up the LaVerkin Overlook off SR-9 at the top of LaVerkin Twist. The event will be held on November 18th from 9am-noon. We hope to see you there!

Santa Clara River Reserve Clean-up Day
Where: Meet at the Red Cliffs Desert Reserve Visitor Center (10 N. 100 E.) Carpool out to Santa Clara River Reserve.
When: 8 A.M. We will be leaving by 8:15 to carpool to the site. We will get back to the Visitor Center around noon.
What to bring: Gloves, water bottles, and good shoes. There is a lot of glass on the ground. Also, if anyone has a vehicle that can handle rough roads and would be willing to help carpool that would be great!

Clean Up Day Announced
We need YOUR help to beautify our public lands. Come join our community clean-up day on May 13th from 8:30 am - 12:00 pm. We will be cleaning the Bloomington area of St. George, Utah west of Navajo Drive. Please bring gloves, boots and plenty of water!
